As a reminder, there are four additional methods of making payments. These include payments by mail, telephone, internet and drop box.

To gain access to your account enter your customer number. This number can be found on the top of your last statement. You can also gain access by entering your street address and zip code but this must be entered exactly as it appears on your statement. If you have a second account at your location (such as irrigation or recycling), you must use the customer number to specify the correct account.
